We do in-home consultation for a more in depth assessment of your needs. This meeting is to allow us to gather detailed information regarding the children, the household, family life style and philosophy.

We can also assist in developing a workable job description and provide information regarding employment standards and Revenue Canada regulations.

Our candidates are interviewed in person using a professional human resources model. Behavior-based and situational interview questions are used to assess the applicant’s knowledge of discipline, safety, time management, organization, creativity and communication.
